Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for responsible use of DraftBuddy, including AI-generated documents, uploads, and workspace data.

Permitted Use

DraftBuddy is intended for legitimate business document creation, organization, collaboration, approvals, and exports.

Users are responsible for their prompts, documents, templates, uploads, client data, outputs, exports, and how generated content is used.

Prohibited Conduct

Do not use DraftBuddy for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity.

Do not create or distribute fake invoices, fake legal notices, fake government documents, deceptive payment requests, impersonation content, phishing, spam, malware, harassment, threats, or content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, attack, bypass limits, probe security, misuse APIs, or interfere with DraftBuddy or its providers.

Sensitive And Unauthorized Data

Do not upload or enter information you are not authorized to use. Avoid unnecessary sensitive, regulated, confidential, health, financial, child, government ID, or special-category information.

Users are responsible for ensuring client/contact data, company data, logos, uploaded images, and third-party materials are authorized for use in DraftBuddy.

AI And Professional Advice

Do not rely on AI output as legal, tax, financial, accounting, insurance, HR, compliance, or other professional advice without review by qualified professionals.

Users must review all AI-generated drafts before using, sending, signing, exporting, filing, or relying on them.

Enforcement

DraftBuddy may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, terminate access, or contact authorities where required by law or necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.
